Purpose: Provides the detailed account of your leaders’ current active leadership quotient, highlighting the areas of required improvement. In many cases, the competence levels of active leadership are unknown until a closer lens is engaged.

360 Full Circle Feedback
Intent: Uncover YOUR truths, establish lens awareness, demonstrate how you can call "bullshit" professionally.
Purpose: In tandem with your self-awareness discoveries, this live format feedback capture is NOT your parents 360 feedback program. We help uncover the real perceptions and misperceptions that impede enablement, authenticity and growth.
Why: Provides clarity and an honest/authentic approach to specific areas of required leadership development. Our approach promotes and supports your gateway to bold, supportive and authentic leadership.


We meet with you, your boss, your peers and your team – we uncover your truths and help you build a bespoke plan to share

Master Class
Intent: An in-depth lens, limited to ten like-minded learners from around the globe, coming together for a common goal.
Purpose: To learn, share and enhance the development of the participants and cascade the learnings.
Why: Network, foster and engage your authenticity, continue your path.

Many topics, all weekly sessions for four weeks. Limited to ten participants, hosted by Mark Robinson, online via zoom. All courses are recorded and shared with all active participants. There is homework. There is a time investment of 2.5 hours a week including the online class.


Active Leadership Lunch & Learn Sessions
Intent: Introduce active leadership in a lunch and learn casual setting.
Purpose: To share the concepts of active leadership to create self-reflective opportunities and authentic discussion.
Why: To expose active leadership to a broader audience and those who are inclined towards development.
